My very first blog
Wow, here I am, taking the next step to making this adventure a reality! We leave in 8 short days for Hawaii, and this will be a primary way to stay in touch with friends and family. I am sure I will become more familiar and proficient with this whole blogging thing, but right now it feels a little...odd. But, in for a penny, in for a pound, or something, right? So, for those of you who are just tuning in, the littles and I are going to be snowbirding on Hawai'i for the next two months. The short version is that we will be staying with another homeschooling family in a co-housing arrangement and working on a guava orchard. I'm sure we'll post lots more as we go along!
